What is a presale?
A presale gives you early access to buy tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Organizers use presales to reward loyal fans, members, or people who have signed up for early access.
There are different types of presales:
- **Code-based presales:** Enter a code you received to unlock tickets
- **Loop Verified presales:** Access based on your Loop ID profile and interests
How do I access a presale?
To access a presale:
1. Go to the event page
2. If it's a code-based presale, enter your presale code
3. If it's a Loop Verified presale, make sure you're signed in—access is automatic based on your profile
Once unlocked, you'll see the presale ticket options and can purchase before general sale.
What is Loop Verified?
Loop Verified is a way for organizers to identify and reward their most engaged fans. Your Loop ID tracks:
- Artists you follow
- Events you've attended
- Your engagement with the platform
Organizers can then offer exclusive presales to fans who match certain criteria—like following a specific artist or attending previous events.
Why can't I access a presale?
If you can't access a presale, it might be because:
- **Code presale:** The code is invalid, expired, or already used
- **Loop Verified:** Your profile doesn't match the criteria set by the organizer
- **Timing:** The presale hasn't started yet or has already ended
- **Sold out:** All presale tickets have been claimed
Check the event page for details on presale requirements and timing.
When does the presale start?
Presale timing is set by each event organizer. The event page will show:
- When the presale begins
- When the presale ends
- When general sale starts
If a presale hasn't started yet, you'll see a countdown timer. Make sure you're ready when it opens—presale tickets can sell out quickly!
