Where are my tickets?
Your tickets are always available in your **Dashboard**. After purchasing, you'll also receive an email confirmation with links to your tickets.
To access your tickets:
1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Find your event under "Upcoming Events"
4. Click to view your tickets
Each ticket has a unique QR code that will be scanned at the venue.
How do I add tickets to my Apple or Google Wallet?
You can add your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access at the event:
1. Open your ticket in the Dashboard
2. Look for the "Add to Wallet" button
3. Follow the prompts to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
Your ticket will then be available in your wallet app, even without internet connection.
Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
We recommend using the original ticket from your Dashboard or mobile wallet rather than a screenshot. The QR code on your ticket is unique and may be difficult to scan from a screenshot.
For the smoothest entry experience, have your ticket ready in the app or your mobile wallet before arriving at the venue.
What if my ticket won't scan?
If your ticket won't scan at the venue:
1. Make sure your screen brightness is turned up
2. Try zooming in on the QR code
3. Ask staff to manually enter your ticket code
4. Show your order confirmation email as backup
Venue staff can look up your ticket using your email address if needed.
Can I print my tickets?
Yes, you can print your tickets if you prefer a paper copy. Each ticket page has a print option.
However, we recommend using the mobile version in your Dashboard or wallet for:
- Easier scanning at the venue
- No risk of losing a paper ticket
- Always having a backup on your phone
I didn't receive my confirmation email
If you haven't received your confirmation email:
1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Search for emails from Loop
3. Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout
You can always access your tickets by signing in to your Dashboard—the confirmation email is just a convenience copy.
If you're still having trouble, contact support with your order details.
How do I purchase tickets?
To purchase tickets:
1. Find your event on Loop and select the tickets you want
2. Click "Get Tickets" to start checkout
3. Complete payment via Stripe (credit/debit card)
4. You'll receive an email confirmation with your tickets
**Note:** Complete checkout within the time shown—if time runs out, your tickets will be released back to inventory.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation with:
- Order number and details
- Links to your tickets
- Event information
You can also view all your orders in your **Dashboard** under "My Tickets". Each event shows your ticket count and order details.
Can't find your confirmation? Check your spam folder, or make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to purchase.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Refund policies are set by each event organizer. To request a refund:
1. Contact the event organizer directly
2. They can issue a refund through the platform
**Note:** Refunds are not possible for tickets that have already been scanned at the event. If any ticket on your order has been used, the entire order becomes non-refundable.
When a refund is issued, the full amount is returned to your original payment method.
Why did my order expire?
Orders expire if checkout isn't completed within the time limit set by the organizer. This ensures tickets don't get stuck while other fans are waiting.
If your order expired:
- Your payment was not processed
- The tickets were released back to inventory
- You can try purchasing again if tickets are still available
**Tip:** Have your payment info ready before starting checkout.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?
Ticket limits are set by organizers and vary by event. Common limits include:
- **Per-order limits:** Maximum tickets per transaction
- **Per-person limits:** Maximum tickets across all your orders for an event
These limits help ensure fair access. If you hit a limit, you'll see a message during checkout explaining the restriction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details.
What is a presale?
A presale gives you early access to buy tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Organizers use presales to reward loyal fans, members, or people who have signed up for early access.
There are different types of presales:
- **Code-based presales:** Enter a code you received to unlock tickets
- **Loop Verified presales:** Access based on your Loop ID profile and interests
How do I access a presale?
To access a presale:
1. Go to the event page
2. If it's a code-based presale, enter your presale code
3. If it's a Loop Verified presale, make sure you're signed in—access is automatic based on your profile
Once unlocked, you'll see the presale ticket options and can purchase before general sale.
What is Loop Verified?
Loop Verified is a way for organizers to identify and reward their most engaged fans. Your Loop ID tracks:
- Artists you follow
- Events you've attended
- Your engagement with the platform
Organizers can then offer exclusive presales to fans who match certain criteria—like following a specific artist or attending previous events.
Why can't I access a presale?
If you can't access a presale, it might be because:
- **Code presale:** The code is invalid, expired, or already used
- **Loop Verified:** Your profile doesn't match the criteria set by the organizer
- **Timing:** The presale hasn't started yet or has already ended
- **Sold out:** All presale tickets have been claimed
Check the event page for details on presale requirements and timing.
When does the presale start?
Presale timing is set by each event organizer. The event page will show:
- When the presale begins
- When the presale ends
- When general sale starts
If a presale hasn't started yet, you'll see a countdown timer. Make sure you're ready when it opens—presale tickets can sell out quickly!
How do I transfer a ticket to someone else?
To transfer a ticket:
1. Go to your Dashboard and find the ticket
2. Click "Transfer" on the ticket you want to send
3. Enter the recipient's email address
4. Confirm the transfer
The recipient will receive an email to accept the ticket. Once accepted, it will appear in their Dashboard.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes, you can cancel a pending transfer before the recipient accepts it:
1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Find the pending transfer
3. Click "Cancel Transfer"
Once cancelled, the ticket returns to your account immediately. If the recipient has already accepted, you cannot cancel—they now own the ticket.
Why can't I transfer my ticket?
Transfers may be restricted for several reasons:
- **Organizer policy:** Some events don't allow transfers
- **Too close to event:** Transfers may be disabled near the event date
- **Already transferred:** The ticket may have reached its transfer limit
- **Already scanned:** Used tickets cannot be transferred
Check the event's transfer policy for specific rules.
I received a transfer—how do I accept it?
When someone transfers a ticket to you:
1. Check your email for the transfer notification
2. Click the link to view the transfer
3. Sign in or create an account (using the same email)
4. Accept the transfer
The ticket will then appear in your Dashboard. Transfers expire after 7 days if not accepted.
What happens to my ticket after I transfer it?
Once a transfer is accepted:
- The ticket is removed from your account
- The recipient becomes the new ticket holder
- They can use, transfer (if allowed), or manage the ticket
- You can no longer access or use that ticket
The transfer is permanent—make sure you're sending to the right person!
