Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Loop Tickets platform operated by Loop Entertainment UG (haftungsbeschränkt)("Loop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Loop Tickets is a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with fans. Organizers can create events and sell tickets; fans can purchase, manage, and transfer tickets. Loop facilitates these transactions but is not the seller of tickets for third-party events.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. For Ticket Buyers

Purchasing Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or the organizer offers refunds.
  • Ticket prices are set by event organizers. A service fee may be added at checkout.
  • You must provide valid payment information to complete a purchase.
  • Tickets are delivered electronically to your Loop account and email.

Ticket Transfers

  • Ticket transfers are subject to policies set by the event organizer.
  • Some events may restrict or prohibit transfers.
  • Transferred tickets become the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are not responsible for tickets transferred to incorrect recipients.

Event Entry

  • You must present a valid ticket (QR code) for event entry.
  • Each ticket can only be scanned once; duplicate use will be denied.
  • Event organizers may have additional entry requirements.

4. For Event Organizers

Creating Events

  • You must have the legal right to organize and sell tickets for your events.
  • Event information must be accurate and not misleading.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling your event as advertised.

Payments and Fees

  • Loop collects payments on your behalf through Stripe Connect.
  • A platform fee of 5% applies to ticket sales, plus payment processing fees.
  • Payouts are transferred to your connected Stripe account.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes on your ticket sales.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • You set your own refund policy for your events.
  • If you cancel an event, you must refund all ticket holders.
  • Loop may facilitate refunds but is not responsible for organizer refund obligations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Resell tickets above face value where prohibited by law
  • Create fake events or misleading listings
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees
  • Use bots or automated tools to purchase tickets
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass other users or Loop staff
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others

6. Intellectual Property

The Loop platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Loop Tickets Inc. Event organizers retain rights to their event content. By posting content, you grant Loop a license to display and promote your events on our platform.

7. Disclaimers

  • Loop is a platform connecting organizers and fans; we are not responsible for event quality or fulfillment.
  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for disputes between organizers and ticket holders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Loop in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Loop Entertainment UG (haftungsbeschränkt)is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
